Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We ship to all major cities and states in India. Remote areas may have extended delivery times of 2–5 additional days. Free standard shipping on India orders over ₹4,999.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive:

- A link to track your shipment in real time
- SMS notifications (if a phone number was provided)

International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the United States and India only. If you are located in another country and wish to purchase from us, please contact us at (888) 399-2902 to discuss options.
Customs & Import Duties (India)
Products shipped to India may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by Indian customs authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. AK Stereo Hub has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days
- All orders are insured. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund
- For lost packages, we initiate a trace with the carrier and typically resolve within 5–7 business days
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at (888) 399-2902. Address changes are only possible before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes and they may incur additional fees.
